We are committed to providing a seamless, secure, and reliable shopping experience. These terms apply to all users visiting our website and to all actions related to browsing, ordering, paying, and using our services. By using this site, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. User Accounts and Information Security

Some features may require creating an account to place orders or access specific services. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and safeguard your login credentials. You are fully responsible for any activity under your account. We strive to maintain a stable and secure platform and will notify users of any planned maintenance or unexpected interruptions.

2. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, stock information, and prices. All prices include applicable taxes, and no additional charges are collected at delivery. We reserve the right to adjust stock, update product descriptions, or modify prices as operational needs dictate. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide suitable solutions.

3. Ordering and Payment

Before placing an order, please ensure all information is complete and correct. Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed and enters the processing stage. We support secure payment methods, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and VISA. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing payment details and order information.

4. Shipping Terms

  • Delivery Scope: We ship throughout Australia.
  • Processing Time: Orders usually require 1–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.
  • Carriers: DHL Express, UPS, CouriersPlease.
  • Shipping Fees: Orders totaling A$100 or more enjoy free shipping; orders under A$100 incur a A$6.99 shipping fee.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped. Orders past 48 hours or already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Procedure: Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number and payment proof. Once verified, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund.
    Shipped orders should be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Validity: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 40 days of receiving the product.
  • Conditions: Eligible for visible defects, quality issues, major color differences, unusual odors, incorrect items, or no reason at all.
  • Process: Contact customer service with your order number, payment proof, reason for return/exchange, and any photos or videos. Once approved, we will provide the return address. Please include all accessories, materials, and the return label provided in the original packaging when sending the product back.
  • Exchanges: Once the returned product is received and verified, we will ship the replacement within 1–3 business days.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and VISA.
  • Bank processing time is generally 8–10 business days. If delayed, please contact customer service.

8. User Responsibility & Receiving Instructions

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Upon delivery, please check the quantity and inspect the packaging. If there are any issues, take photos and contact customer service immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and design elements, is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
