1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement.
- Orders placed after 48 hours or already shipped cannot be directly cancelled. In such cases, you may wait for the order to be delivered and then contact us for a return and refund. For details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, and relevant details.
- Processing: Our team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you immediately and arrange the refund.
- Important Note: Once an order has been shipped, direct cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.
- Processing Time: Refunds are generally processed within 8–10 business days, depending on bank processing speeds.
