Welcome to Venolivra (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we provide the following shipping terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Area

Our delivery service covers all of Australia. Currently, shipping outside of Australia is not supported. We strive to deliver your order safely to any location within the country.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders of A$100 or more: qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under A$100: a flat shipping fee of A$6.99 will apply.
    This fee applies to all orders, regardless of the number of items purchased.

3. Order Cut-off and Processing

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to prepare, inspect, and securely package your items. We take care to ensure each product is safely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, orders are expected to arrive within 5–7 business days.
Please note that delivery may be slightly delayed due to weather or logistics factors, but we make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

    All packages are trackable so you can monitor their status at any time.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You can also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website, enter your email or phone number along with your order number, and check your delivery status in real time.

8. Liability

  • Damaged or lost items: Please contact us promptly if your items are damaged or lost during transit. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Order modifications and cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled after shipment. Orders not yet shipped may be canceled by contacting our customer service.
  • Delivery address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Receiving Instructions

Upon delivery, please verify that the correct items have been received and that the packaging is intact.
If any issues are found, take photos and contact us immediately. Signing for the package indicates that you have received your order in good condition.
